Peanut Butter Squares

Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 kg peanut butter
  • 1 kg oat milk
  • 1/4 cup vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients

  • 500 g flour
  • 800 g sugar
  • 160 g oats
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 2 tbsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 350ºF
  2. mix wet ingredients together in a bowl
  3. mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl
  4. pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Fold with a spatula to combine. Do not overmix!
  5. pour onto a sheet tray lined with parchment. Spread batter all the way to the corners.
  6. bake at 350ºF for 30-45 minutes or until a knife stuck in the center comes out clean
  7. allow the squares to cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting and serving
