


Peanut Butter Granola

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 6 cup oats
- 1 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
- 200 g peanut butter
- 520 g brown rice syrup
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- preheat oven to 350ºF
- mix dry ingredients together in a bowl
- mix wet ingredients together in a separate bowl
- pur wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix together until all dry ingredients are coated
- spread the granola in a thin even layer onto baking trays lined with parchment and bake for 10 minutes
- remove from oven and stir, then bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until oats and seeds are golden brown (be careful not to burn!)
- once done baking, stir in raisins and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before storing
- serve with oat milk, sliced apple, pumpkin seeds, peanut butter, or your favorite toppings!
