Macaroni in a butternut squash sauce perfect for a fall day.

Ingredients
Squash Sauce
- 1/3 cup onion powder
- 4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1/4 cup sage
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp nutmeg
- 10 cup oat milk
- 4 cup nutritional yeast
Pasta
- 4.5 kg pasta
- 6 tbsp water
Instructions
Squash Sauce
- wash the squash, remove the seeds, keep the skin on, and cut into 1-2 inch chunks
- place all sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
Pasta
- cook pasta according to package instructions
Serve
- add sauce to the pasta and enjoy!
