


Ginger Molasses Cookies
Chew, soft, and flavourful molasses cookies with the perfect amount of ginger.

Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
- 720 g oil
- 1.1 kg sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1.2 kg molasses
- 1 cup oat milk
Dry Ingredients
- 2.2 kg flour
- 8 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup cinnamon
- 8 tsp ground ginger
- 4 tsp cardamom
Sugar Coating
- 2 cup sugar
Instructions
Dough
- preheat oven to 350ºF
- mix wet ingredients together in a large bowl
- mix dry ingredients together in a separate large bowl. Make sure there are no salt/baking powder/baking soda lumps
- pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Mix together with a spatula
Bake
- scoop out 2oz balls of dough and roll in a sugar coating
- place each ball on a baking tray with parchment paper and press down. tomake circles around 2 inches. indiameter. Leave at least 2 inches between cookies
- bake 350ºF for 10-12 minutes
