Sprouts' famous vegan brownies!

Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 800 g oil
  • 1.8 kg sugar
  • 1.8 kg oat milk
  • 1/4 cup vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients

  • 600 g cocoa powder
  • 1.5 kg flour
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 350ºF
  2. whisk wet ingredients together in a bowl
  3. mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Make sure there are no salt/cocoa powder clumps
  4. pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Fold with a spatula to combine. Do not overmix!
  5. pour onto a sheet tray lined with parchment. Spread batter all the way to the corners
  6. bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes
  7. bake for another 5-7 minutes at high fan
  8. let the brownies cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting and serving
